Very nice people and mountain view is amazing!
Very nice people and mountain view is amazing! We stayed here with our desi breed dog. In the first hotel that we booked, they didnot allow any desi breed but this hotel people were nice and they didnot dicriminate. We had a great time.

The hotel rooms are clean but they don't give me room cleaning service. They are done when they sold a hotel room. But the chairman uncle is too good. He helped me through his manager and staffs are unprofessional

They don't keep records of guests' cars.
They don't keep records of guests' cars. Someone parked a car in front of mine but the receptionist couldn't call the car owner because they don't write down the license plate number. Besides, the receptionist was asking for my car keys so he could park my car in a more convenient spot. Valet service is great, though I would never recommend it to anyone while staying anywhere in BD.
