Average hotel. Very near to the Kolatoli sea beach. When we entered the hotel, rooms were dirty and bad smell occured. There was no tv in the rooms. Bedsheets were not good. However, they fixed everything after calling the room service. Decoration is good, room is spacious and nice. You can stay there if you are in a one night tour. There are some other good hotels nearby though this one is much cheaper.

Great place to stay in coxbazar according to the price. And the beach is just 1 min away from the hotel. Room service was good. And they provide 24 hour generator service. We use their fridge as well. And they allow outside food. Will stay again in sha Allah.

very budget friendly. To be honest rooms quality is not up to the mark. but the hotel's location is very good. less then 2 minutes away from the kolatoli sea beach.. positive sides are: 1) good location 2) 24 hours generator service 3) clean washroom 4) room service was decent negative side: room and furniture quality is bit poor. bed sheets are old. no balcony so not enough space for dry cloths. if you are looking for a room near the sea beach with minimal price only then this is a good choice..

A very good hotel for flat rental. Best fit for 4 people. All AC room.
