Quite good living facility with beach view and parking facility.

Very cheap place to stay in a good location to be honest! If you can get any rooms on the 2nd floor then you'd get a great view of the beach which is approximately 200 meters away!

The apartment was good as new condition. AC works, electricity is fine, water supply is good. Fan's regulators doesn't work though. Wifi is ok. Easily recommended.

Rooms were spacious. Room service was good. It was e quiet place near sugandha point. The main complain- bedsheets were stained and there were some dusts in them. AC wasn't enough to cool three rooms properly. As the weather was cool we didn't have any problem.

Off season & weekday still rent was almost 60% of highest rate. Complementary toiletries was limited & as less as possible. There's no AC in living room despite their shown in any of the unit. Wrong flat was confirmed and taking advantage of simple people was noticed at first. AC indoor dripped water as long as we used it on the master bedroom and didn't fix that despite complaining. Room service was adequate. I reached 2/3 Hours earlier than check in time. They offered a temporary room for that. Less crowded hotel and security was enough.
