This resort located in the heart of sugandha Beach ⛱. You can enjoy the beautiful beachfront view just from your windows. It will take only 2 to 3 minutes to reach the Beach by walk. Its really good hotel for mid range costing. Near sugandha beach and just infront of sea. Good to stay here. Management of hotel are very friendly. Much appreciate.

Its a decent hotel. Right adjacent to the beach so the views are good. Wifi is not reliable. They have complementary breakfast.

We found our stay at the resort very enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and cozy. It's a place where one may find himself at home. Average cleanliness. There are some things the resort should improve asap. 1. Maintaining a professional approach towards guests and other services. 2. They should pay more attention to welcoming guests. 3. Room service was good but not professional. 4. Cleanliness must be improved. 5. Adding a buffet breakfast is a must. All the other hotels in the same price range are It's a shame that even after the housekeeping cleaned our room, it was full of dust and sand, and we had to clean it ourselves. But which made up all the lackings are their staffs and their friendliness. The staffs were so friendly towards us and our baby. Even the manager made time to take us to the local market and show us around. If they find a way to be a bit more professional, they have a place to be an ideal place to have a luxurious stay.

We took off season discount at half price. The seaview was quite good and that's the end of the positive side of this Resort. The room was smelling like rotten egg, toilet was small and clogged up. Flies everywhere, floor wasn't cleaned properly. Don't get mislead by bogus reviewers.
